Earlier I have been at Namsan tower, at a rooftop bar in Gangnam and at a hotel lobby with a really nice view. But none of these can compete with the 360-degree view over many floors at Lotte World Tower, Seoul Sky.
So let us all take a moment and appreciate this view. So beautiful! We went just in time to see the sun set and see the view at night. Oh, how I love big city lights.
This beautiful view was one of my wow-moments from my trips.
However there is a high cost for this high reward – 27 000 won (around 20 euro) to get up to see the view. There are many floors to visit and of course shops where you can buy souvenirs. There are also cafes and at the 123rd floor a lounge. I would have loved to go to the lounge but a student budget combined with the price of a drink as high as 30 000 won was not really worth it.
There even was an area with glass floor. Knowing you are walking over 500 meters up in the air was quite exciting.
If you ever visit Seoul, take a moment to spend at the Seoul Sky at Lotte World Tower, then you can say you have been in the 5th tallest building in the world.
